• 1:30 PM Competitors briefing for “Gallows Arena Challenges”.
• 2:30 PM Arena Challenges – “Shotgun Start”.
• 6:30 PM Adventure Challenge Day 1 wrap up.
• 6:30 PM Dakar Bar opens.
• 7:30 PM Dinner in the Adventurers Pavilion.
• 7:30 – 9:30 PM The Mary White Band, back by popular request for the 4th year in a row.

Saturday May 1st

• 8:30 AM GS trophy briefing for riders in the competition.
• 8:30 AM Judges and volunteers Walk the course to familiarize themselves for the days event.
• 9:15 – 12:00 PM Competition for the GS trophy begins.
• 12:00 – 1:30 PM Lunch Break.
• 1:30 PM GS trophy competition continues.
• 6:30 PM GS Trophy wrap up.
• 6:30 PM Dakar Bar opens.
• 7:30 PM Dinner in the Adventurers Pavilion.
• 7:30 – 9:00 PM Challenge and Trophy winners, raffles, prizes and swag.

Sunday May 2nd

• 6:30 AM Coffee available in the Dakar Bar.
• 7:30 AM Continental breakfast in the Adventurers pavilion.
• 8:00 – 12:00 PM Pack up and head for home vowing to comeback again for ARC 2011.
